YUM Carrots!

We have discovered that when it comes to food, Jackson loves fruits and veggies. So far he has enjoyed all the fruits we introduced (especially bananas much to my disdain), and when it comes to veggies, he enjoys them all except green beans and peas. In fact, our babysitter had to laugh
at his face when she tried to give him peas last week, she said it looked like he was trying not to gag. Here are a few shots of the "carrot" experience

Beginning - still somewhat clean

Excuse me while I wipe my face -

We had to take this photo as he was finishing his carrots, needless to say, he got a mini-bath after this!

  1. ha ha! Jackson can make quite a mess while he's eating! It's so cute, though.

Bridget isn't too fond of the green beans either, and although she likes carrots, if I give them to her alone, she gets constipated. I've been a bit disappointed in the lack of total "Oh my gosh what do you think you're giving me?" looks so far, though. And uck, she likes bananas too.

Playdate soon? I'll be starting school again (teaching at EMU and working hard on my degree) in a few weeks, so maybe we can do it before then...

  2. Cam would say, Jackson must not have been born in the Chinese year of the Rabbitt otherwise he would love carrotts. What an adoreable little face!
Jackson says, "I'm a socie, so naturally I love bananas!
