9 Month Visit

It's amazing to us that our little peanut is now 9 months old. When we look back at his newborn pictures we just don't remember him being that small. He had his 9 month doctor's appointment today and here are his stats: he now weighs in at 18 lbs exactly, is 26.75" in length and is a very healthy little boy. We have also now been given the go ahead to feed him whatever we eat (except of course for peanut butter, chocolate, shell fish, etc.). Tonight when we got home we needed to eat quickly, so I made hot dogs, a salad and baked beans. Jackson was his typical "vulture" self watching me eat (or I should say starring at me and my food) so I figured I would see if he liked baked beans. I gave him one small one and he chewed it up with his 2 front teeth and begged for more, in the end he ended up eating a good portion of the beans.

This weekend we went to the cider mill for possibly one of the last visits and tried to get some more fall pictures. There was too much for him to look at (other kids running around, cars driving past, leaves blowing in the trees) for him to look at us, but the pictures turned out pretty good in the end.
