In years past (even last year when I was as big as a house) by Christmas Eve we have had our Christmas shopping finished, I'm wrapping presents early in the day and then we head out to a Christmas Eve service. This year was a little different. The week prior I had planned on finishing our shopping during the evenings and then over the weekend, however, Jackson came down with a pretty bad cold and long story short by the end of the week I had not only caught his cold, but it had turned into a sinus infection and pink eye. So needless to say, all my plans went flying out the window. So it wasn't until Christmas Eve that we were able to finish our shopping (thank heavens for stores staying open until 6:00). Even with all the running around we were still able to make it to the 7:00 p.m. Christmas Eve service at Ward Church.
Earlier in the fall at one of the Mom 2 Mom sales that my Mom and I went to, we found a great little suit for Jackson and thought that it would be a cool little outfit for the Christmas Eve service and then we found a great pair of black dress shoes at Target. So here you go - what a handsome little man!!
